Heart of Dixie Balloon Club will host its only function, the annual *Cheap**Seat Safety Seminar* *on Saturday, Feb. 27, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.* *Wahl Supply building, 935 Old Trinity Road, Decatur Alabama* Brian Dial is coordinating the seminar and is currently completing the lineup of speakers and subjects. Cost not settled yet but about $30 for pilots and $15 for crew. Lunch, coffee, doughnuts, Pepsi products, bottled water, and snacks are included in the cost.
