2014 IBA JR Balloonist Camp Scholarship Application

The Iowa Balloonist Association is pleased to announce the IBA JR Balloonist Scholarship. This scholarship is open to any Iowa resident between the ages of 13 and 18 and will cover the full tuition to attend the Balloon Federation of America's JR Balloonist Camp that will be held in Dubuque, IA June 22-26 2014.
