Hot Air Balloons are coming to the Dogwood Festival !!!! Tethered Balloon rides $10.00 per person beginning approximately 6:00pm. Balloon Glow after dark (free) Saturday May 5th at the Orleans Airport We will be hosting 4 Balloons and their Crews ( this event is dependent on the weather )
