Saturday, April 11 & Sunday APril 12 Gates Open at 6am

SUNRISE – SATURDAY 7:07 AM & SUNDAY 7:06 AM

PRE-DAWN GLOW of the Special Shapes & Sponsor Balloons – Inflated & tethered as the guests descend to the balloon field

6:00 AM

Balloon teams find their position on the field and begin their inflation process

6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

OPEN - Food Vendors

7:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Tethered balloons rides - $15 (weather permitting)

Approx 7:30 AM

First competition launch (hare & hound) of breathtaking balloons directed by the Balloonmeister and synchronized by the Launch Coordinators (weather permitting)

Approx 8:00 AM

Second competition launch (hare & hound) of breathtaking balloons directed by the Balloonmeister and synchronized by the Launch Coordinators (weather permitting)

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

OPEN – Kids Experience and Arts & Crafts Vendors

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

OPEN – Native Village with scheduled Alligator Wrestling and Archery through the day as well as Native Storytelling, Woodworking, Beading & Sewing exhibitions

Special Equestrian SPIRIT DRILL TEAM Presentation

Introduction to the Sport of Polo – Top Ten American Ranked Polo Player, Kris

Kampsen showcasing Polo basics on the field, details shared by a professional polo commentator.

Introduction of the Polo Players on the field

11:55 AM

Presentation of the colors and playing of the National Anthem

12:00 PM

Start of the Polo Match – First Throw-In – 2 Chukkers of Polo Match

12:30 PM

Half Time – traditional STOMPING OF THE DIVOTS, all spectators are encouraged to join in the festivities

Second Half of Match – Second Thrown-In – 2 Chukkers of Polo Match

1:30 PM

Polo Match concludes, Ride by of Polo Players to the crowd

Polo Player’s Meet & Greet/Autographs in the Field
