Mark Roberson
FAR's - Only Mark can make this topic interesting!

Tom Warren
Tom will be talking about vehicle maintenance, trailer maintenance, tire maintenance and liftgate maintenance. He will look at new vehicles coming out and their ability to do what we do with them.

As an example, he will be referencing the propane explosion at Vegas Balloon Rides in August 2015 - and how they went from losing everything to garnering live, positive news coverage a mere ten days later.

Jeff Thompson
A back to basics look at your personal pilot procedure’s for a safe flight.

Kay West
Kay will discuss the history of the Practical Test Standards for Hot Air Balloons and also speak on how to prepare a student for a check ride.

Mark West
Mark will be discussing the effect of outflow winds on balloons and how thunderstorms hundreds of miles away can drastically change flight conditions.

Damien Mahony
In his presentation he will be looking at Technology and Risk and how they relate to one another when pilots make decisions. Included will be a look at instruments, apps and weather technology which may or may not have made decision making easier.
