This is the National Balloon Classic 3D PZ (KML) for 2023 Version 1.4
REMEMBER: This is an additional flight aid. The Paper map is the official map for the event. We have gone to great effort to make this map as accurate as we can. We also make a serious attempt to keep this map updated as often as the official "Paper Map" is amended. However the official event "Paper Map" is the official event map.

New in version 1.4
The Red zone North West of town that was updated in version 1.3 has now been enlarged. In addition we have shaded all the no land areas in as well so if you are flying with this PZ KML turned on you will see the interior of the Yellow areas shaded as well as outlined. We did this because some of the yellow areas are large enough that you may be flying within one and have your map zoomed in to a point where you would not see the perimeter lines. New in verson 1.3
An area north west of town that was yellow and red is now all red. We have also filled in the shading on all the yellow zones. If you wish to fly with a map that has all the PZ's colored in so you can know when you are in a PZ while viewing the map close up you can use this file to have all the PZ's colored on your map.
This 3D PZ map has been updated from the KML 1.2 standard version we just posted online. This is the most current version of the 3D PZ KML. This is current as of 7:13 AM 07-29-23
