I asked her if she needed to be somewhere at a specific time? She said with a straight face. "No but isn't it time for us to turn around and head back?" With my best straight face I replied... "I was thinking the same thing but my ground team is just up ahead a few miles. If I turn around now I am going to have to make them drive all the way back as well so I think we will just land up here where they are." She was perfectly happy with that answer.
